On Wednesday, June 6, 2012, Seattle, Washington will join more than 75 locations around the world in celebration of the Columbia Business School global alumni network during the sixth annual Worldwide Alumni Club Event.

We are pleased to welcome Kathryn Harrigan, Henry R. Kravis Professor of Business Leadership at Columbia Business School.  Join Professor Harrigan as she discusses how testing for Corporate Advantage can help you make critical decisions.  She will explore the following scenario: If two different firms were courting a smaller company with the objective of buying it, how might you, the CEO of the smaller company, decide which one would make the better “corporate parent”?  Is the difference between the two suitors so great as to overcome a simple comparison of the price each is willing to pay?
