Dean Allen has over 30 years experience in the design, construction and real estate industries in the Pacific Northwest. Under his leadership, McKinstry has grown from a mechanical contractor into a comprehensive design, build, operate and maintain enterprise with over $400 million per year in revenues and over 1,600 employees. McKinstry is the premier design/build mechanical and electrical firm in the region, complemented by extensive service, facility management and energy services operations in the Pacific Northwest, Rocky Mountain region, Midwest and Southwest.
